Your Creator Died For You
Isn’t it amazing? The Creator of the universe became human, so that He could take away your sins, by dying on the cross (John 1:3, Colossians 1:16, John 1:14, John 1:29, 1 Peter 3:18).
Our Creator God is the only self-sustaining being. God needs nothing (Psalm 50:9-13, Acts 17:24-25). Yet God humbled Himself by becoming human and dying for us! (Philippians 2:7-8).
God defines Himself as love. In 1 John 4:8-10 God reveals, “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
