Using a service called flocknote, we're able to combine the two most-used electronic communications methods--texting and e-mail--without you having to install an app or remember another password. This will also help us save resources by mailing fewer paper newsletters. In addition to those benefits, our communications can be more timely, including urgent alerts like service cancellations.
