Schedule Note: No class on March 9, 2024 


Stretch Class will be held from 9:00 to 10:00am in the Living Hope School Gym,
located at 2217 S 99th Street in West Allis.


Stretch Class Continues.  A congregation member will be leading the sessions. We hope to have a WAC (Wisconsin Athletic Club) staff member present one day a month to help folks with proper form or to advise on goals or specific exercises. This will take place every Saturday at 9:00am at the Living Hope South gym (school campus) at 2217 S 99th Street in West Allis. There will be a freewill offering to pay the WAC charges or any new equipment. Bring your friends, water, towel, your own mat (there are a few extra mats and stretch bands for your use). Looking forward to seeing you there!
